Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Mawarith, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Usage: You will use our Islamic inheritance calculation services in accordance with Islamic principles and for lawful purposes only.
2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your family members and assets for inheritance calculations.
3. Sharia Compliance: You understand that our calculations are based on generally accepted Islamic principles under the guidance of our Sharia Supervisory Board.
4. Professional Consultation: You acknowledge that complex inheritance cases may require consultation with qualified Islamic scholars or legal professionals.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality: We will protect your personal and family information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Islamic principles of trust (Amanah).
6. Subscription Terms: All contributions are treated as tabarru and non-refundable. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Founder plans are one-time payments with lifetime access.
7. Islamic Values: Our services are conducted with honesty (Sidq), justice (Adl), and fulfillment of obligations (Wafa) as core principles.
8. Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.
9. Final Expense: Mawarith will cover the final expenses of its members in accordance with the selected plan.
10. Islamic Will: Mawarith will assist in the preparation of an Islamic will. Member shall consult legal professionals for finalization.
